Justin Bieber Biography
Justin Bieber, real name Justin Drew Bieber, is a Canadian musician and teen idol born on March 1, 1994, in London, Ontario. Beginning in 2009, his youthful good looks and catchy pop tunes generated a worldwide frenzy.
In Stratford, Ontario, Canada, where a single mother raised him, Bieber honed his musical skills on the drums, piano, guitar, and trumpet. In 2007, he took second place in a regional singing contest. For the benefit of friends and family who couldn’t attend, his mother posted a video of his performance on YouTube.
Later, she uploaded more amateur videos to YouTube, in which Bieber performed well-known rhythm and blues (R&B) songs and occasionally picked up an acoustic guitar. These films attracted viewers who were expected to watch them later. One of many who saw Justin Bieber’s videos and urged the 13-year-old singer to record demos at an Atlanta studio was a music promoter and talent agent named Scott (“Scooter”) Braun.

While they were there, Justin Bieber and R&B singer Usher organised an impromptu audition. After being moved by Bieber’s inherent confidence and singing talent in late 2008, Usher helped to sign him to a recording contract.
The upbeat puppy-love song “One Time” was Bieber’s debut single, which he presented in May 2009. Six months later, he released the seven-track EP My World, primarily made up of glitzy pop with R&B influences. The album had already sold over a million copies, and his fan base had greatly expanded to include numerous preadolescent girls who regarded him as their heartthrob.
He repeated the accomplishment with the full-length album My World 2.0 (2010), which debuted at the top of the Billboard album chart. Rapper Ludacris makes a surprise appearance in the album’s opening track, “Baby,” which peaked at number five on Billboard’s singles chart. Several additional songs made the Top 40. The official “Baby” video also became the first on YouTube to surpass 500 million views. Due to his devotion to social media platforms like Twitter and his regular television appearances, Bieber has amassed great popularity.

Both the autobiographical book Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story and the album My Worlds Acoustic, which included stripped-down versions of his songs, were released in 2010. The following year saw the release of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, a documentary with intercut 3-D concert footage.
The accompanying album Never Say Never: The Remixes (2011) and the holiday-themed Under the Mistletoe (2011), which peaked at number one in the US and Canada, helped Justin Bieber sustain his notoriety. With the financially successful Believe (2012) and Believe Acoustic (2013) albums, Bieber introduced a more mature sound, with the breakthrough track “Boyfriend” echoing Justin Timberlake’s slick R&B.
As Justin Bieber grew older, his fame frequently eclipsed his musical talent. He received much tabloid attention due to his romantic relationships (including one with Selena Gomez) and run-ins with the law. The first three singles from the album Purpose peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2015, bringing in new fans outside his core demographic of younger listeners.
Additionally, in 2015, Bieber contributed vocals to Jack Ü’s Grammy Award-winning electro-pop hit “Where Are Ü Now,” which resulted from his collaborations with other musicians. Changes were inspired by Bieber and model Hailey Baldwin’s marriage in 2018. Justice, his sixth studio album, was made available in 2021.
