You will receive the referral reward based on the date on which the referred party initiated their account opening process.

Trade placed by ICICIdirect to credit free ETF to your account post your account opening will not be considered to avail the additional benefit of Rs. 300.
The referrer can avail referral benefit for a maximum of 100 referrals in a month. The referrer will not be eligible for any additional referral benefit beyond 100 successful referrals in a month. The referrer will receive the referral reward of Rs. 200 within 7 working days once referee account is activated i.e. demat and trading account is opened after complete document & application verification in lines with the SEBI / Exchange regulations and internal policies and procedures of the company. If details of the referred client already exist in ICICI direct database as an existing client or as a lead client, then it will not be considered under this scheme for referral reward and ICICI direct reserves the right to exclude such accounts for calculation of referral rewards.
ICICI Direct reserves the right to carry out checks and controls as it deems fit and proper, before the credit of referral reward to the referrer.

Selling, trading, bartering or providing anything of value to your Invitee beyond the referral invitation or otherwise using Your Program invitations or Rewards for promotional purposes.
Organizing competition, contests online, posting content about ICICI direct etc.
Any act or omission resulting in damage to ICICI direct in any form whatsoever in nature.
