The Flash Trailer
The long-awaited The Flash Trailer debuted on Monday during the Super Bowl, the national football championship. In the upcoming movie, which stars Ezra Miller as the titular superhero, he teams up with not one, but two different Batman to put things right after going back in time.
Ezra uses his abilities as Barry Allen, often known as The Flash, to save his slain mother and keep her with his family in a different future. The absence of superheroes in the future is a result of changing the past, which has different repercussions. Michael Shannon’s General Zod returns to rule the planet. Then, to take on the evil, Barry must figure out how to enlist the aid of individuals who are a little wiser than he is.
To rescue the world, he teams up with a different version of himself from another universe, seeks guidance from Bruce Wayne, played by Ben Affleck, and enlists the assistance of an older Batman, played by Michael Keaton. Super Girl (Sasha Calle), an alien who joins the two Barrys in their fight against the bad guys, is also introduced to them.
In addition to Ron Livingston, Maribel Verd, Kiersey Clemons, and Antje Traue, The Flash also stars Andy Muschietti. In prior DC Universe movies, Ben, Michael, and Ezra are repeating their roles. Ezra previously made an appearance as The Flash in the films Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Suicide Squad (2016). He then made another appearance in Justice League (2017) and the Justice League special edition that was released in 2021.
Due to post-production and COVID-19 delays, the movie took longer. Ezra, the movie’s star, was also in the news last year for several offences related to disorderly behaviour, assault, and burglary. The actor was detained twice in Hawaii in March 2022 and entered a plea agreement in a separate Vermont case in January, where they admitted guilt to a charge of trespassing.
The script was written by Christina Hodson, with a story by Joby Harold, Jonathan Goldstein, and John Francis Daley. Warner Bros. Pictures is handling international distribution for the DC universe movie, which will have a theatre debut on June 16 in India.
