The Ex-Wife of Bruce Willis calls the report that Demi Moore is moving “dumb”
Emma Hemming Willis, Bruce Willis’ wife, responded to news reports that said the actor’s ex-wife, actress Demi Moore, was moving in with them following his dementia diagnosis.
The family of actor Bruce Willis revealed in a joint statement that he has recently been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Following the actor’s dementia diagnosis, rumours and media claims that the actor’s ex-wife Demi Moore had also moved in with the couple have since been dispelled by his wife Emma Heming Willis.

In a recent Instagram post, Demi Moore thanked her supporters and admirers for their support while providing an update on her ex-husband. According to the official statement: “Since we revealed Bruce’s aphasia diagnosis in the spring of 2022, his condition has worsened, and we now know his disease is frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD). Regrettably, Bruce’s communication problems are only one sign of his illness. Although this is difficult, it is a comfort to receive a definitive diagnosis at last.”
Heming Willis disputed statements made in the media that Demi had reunited with Bruce’s family following the diagnosis. She debunked the rumours on Instagram Stories and referred to the news pieces as “stupid.” She published a picture of the news headline, “Demi Moore posted “Let’s nip this one in the bud. Demi Moore ‘Moved In’ With Ex Bruce Willis & His Wife To Help Care For Him Following Heartbreaking Dementia Diagnosis: Source” on her Instagram Stories. This is ridiculous. Please halt.”
Emma had asked the photographers to stop yelling at her husband a few days prior so that he could move at his own pace. She said in a video message on Instagram, “I know this is your job, but maybe just keep your space. She brought up the recent instance when Bruce Willis made a rare public appearance to meet with some pals for coffee in Santa Monica and paparazzi tried to speak to him.
