According to the terms of the agreement, Kanye West will give Kim Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support. Despite having joint custody of their four children—North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3—Kardashian will still be responsible for paying child support because she is anticipated to be the primary caregiver.

In addition, 45-year-old West will be liable for covering half of the kids’ costs for college, private protection, and schooling.

West and Kardashian have a prenuptial agreement that kept their property largely separate, according to The Guardian. Neither will provide spousal support for the other.

Kardashian filed for divorce last year, alleging irreconcilable differences after the celebrity couple married in 2014.

In March of this year, a judge deemed the two to be legally single. However, since the couple came to a divorce agreement, the matter of how their assets and property would be divided will no longer be settled at a trial that was set to begin on December 14.

Several media sites reported on the specifics of their divorce settlement using documents from the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The New York Post noted that decisions affecting the children’s participation in therapy, counselling, or religious activities must be made with the consent of both parents.

Before they graduate from high school or become 19, the kids won’t be permitted to move more than 60 miles (100 km) from Kardashian’s house in Hidden Hills outside of Los Angeles, according to the Post. The report also stated that each parent will have access to the kids on their birthdays and other significant events.

Kim Kardashian will receive one Hidden Hills property from West in exchange for keeping her Harrison, Idaho, Harrison, California, and Riverside, California, properties.

Kardashian and West will each cover their obligations.
