Kanye West Reacts to The Queen’s Death and Hints On Missing Kim Kardashian
On Sunday, September 25, Kanye West shared his feelings over Queen Elizabeth’s passing on his Instagram Story. The rapper, 45, posted an all-caps message mentioning the death of Her Majesty at the age of 96. He also connected her passing and his divorce from Kim Kardashian, 41.

Due to his split from the reality star after nearly seven years of marriage, Kanye specifically expressed support for the people of London and demonstrated his empathy for the country. “London, I know how you feel. I lost my Queen too,” he wrote.
Since Queen Elizabeth’s passing, Kanye has made several references to her in his social media posts. The day following the Queen’s death, he posted a mysterious statement and included two pictures of the late monarch. “Life is precious. Releasing all grudges today. Leaning into the light,” he wrote at the time. Following the Queen’s passing, numerous celebrities, including Elton John, Ozzy Osbourne, and others, posted a homage to her on social media. Yeezy was one of these figures.
Since their separation, Kanye hasn’t held back from discussing his feelings for his ex-wife. In a Good Morning America interview, the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy musician apologized to Kim for his tantrums. “I apologies for any stress that I have caused, even in my frustration, because God calls me to be stronger,” he said. “I need this person [Kim] to be less stressed and of the best, sound mind and as calm as possible to raise those children at the end of the day.”
Even though Kanye’s Instagram Story hints that he was talking about Kim, the musician has started dating Candice Swanepoel, 33. The two have become close because they have a passion for “fashion and creativity,” a source told ET. The insider stated about the new romance, “They enjoy each other and are satisfied with how things are going so far.
