In a sweet birthday tribute, Jennie Garth kisses her husband Dave Abrams

Getting it to work! After their marriage struck a snag shortly after they married, Jennie Garth and Dave Abrams are still going strong.

Before marrying Abrams, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum had been married twice before. Garth married Daniel B. Clark in 1994 and divorced him in 1996. In 2001, she married Peter Facinelli and had three daughters: Luca Bella (born in 1997), Lola Ray (2002), and Fiona Eve (born in 2003). (2006). In 2012, the couple announced their separation, and a year later, they divorced.

“I discovered that forgiveness is possible and that time heals wounds, which is difficult to believe when you’re in the middle of it.” But it all works out in the end,” Garth said in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in 2018. “I think it’s vital to focus on yourself and what makes you happy and who you are in general. You know what I mean? And if you lose sight of that, any relationship you’re in isn’t going to work out as well as it could.”

Garth met Abrams on a blind date two years after she ended her romance with the Twilight actor. A few months later, they were engaged.

He gushed after their 2015 wedding, “She was drop-dead gorgeous.” “Nothing else mattered when I saw Jennie in her gown. “I’ve had a nervous breakdown.”

Us, however, broke the news two years later that the couple was taking a break. “They love each other,” a source told Us in November 2017. “But, like any marriage, it takes work.” “Jennie is devoting time to her daughters and herself.”

While Abrams filed a lawsuit in April 2018 to break their union, he later withdrew the petition in February of the following year.

“We hurried it too much, and we needed to work out specific issues.” “Perhaps [moving so quickly] was a mistake, and we’ve all had to learn and grow from that,” she said in a rare interview with People regarding their divorce in August 2019. “When things weren’t as sparkly, pretty, and joyful as they had been at first, when things went tough, [Dave] didn’t know how to handle it as well.”

“We each had separate growing to do,” Garth continued, “and then going back and sharing that growth was kind of the fiber that brought us back together like, ‘I see you differently now.'”
