Jason Roy and Jos Buttler didn’t have great outings in the T20Is and will be looking to make amends.

Bairstow will slot in right back with Jason Roy at the top of the order, Ben Stokes and Moeen Ali will provide the firepower in the England middle order. Sam Curran and David Willey are also very capable all-rounder. Reece Topley had a wonderful outing in the T20 series and is ready for the ODIs.

Reece Topley went on to win the man of the match award in the third T20. Moreover, he picked up three wickets by giving away 22 runs in four overs.

Hardik Pandya last played an ODI nearly a year ago, and India will keep a close eye on how he manages his workload in the format.
