Daredevil, portrayed by Hollywood actor Charlie Cox, is officially returning as ‘Daredevil: Born Again,’ a new series coming to OTT in 2024 with an 18+ episode first season.

According to reports, Cox will be joined on the show by Vincent D’Onofrio, who recently reprised his role as mob boss Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin in a Marvel series.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige made the announcement of Daredevil’s return on Saturday at Comic-Hall Con’s H. This new series based on Cox’s character has been eagerly anticipated by fans since Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ was canceled after three seasons in 2018.

Daredevil, also known as Matt Murdock, is a lawyer by day and a crimefighter by night. Cox will also reprise the role as part of the cast of OTT’s upcoming series ‘Echo,’ which is set to premiere next year, as well as voicing him in the new animated series ‘Spider-Man: Freshman Year.’

He also appeared as Daredevil in a ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ teaser presented on Saturday in San Diego, albeit his casting in that show had not previously been confirmed, according to reports.
