As the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, Priyanka recently addressed the UN General Assembly. She said, “We meet today at a critical point in our world, at a time when global solidarity is more important as countries continue to struggle with the damaging effects of the COVID-19, as the climate crisis affects lives, as conflicts rage; as poverty, displacement, hunger, and inequalities destroy the very foundation of a just world that we fought for, for such a long time.”
In 2021’s The Matrix Resurrections, Priyanka was last seen as Sati. She is anticipating Citadel’s release and the American romantic comedy It’s All Coming Back to Me. Alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, she will act in Jee Le Zaraa, a film directed by Farhan Akhtar.
